Three flavours of Pro

trixbox Pro (as the title says) comes in three distinctive flavours, designed to be scalable, but retain the core functionality of trixbox.  trixbox Standard Edition, like trixbox CE is free (we all like that phrase!) whilst trixbox Enterprise and Call Centre Editions are available at a low per-user monthly cost, or a cost effective lifetime license.

Utilising the unique hybrid-hosted architecture trixbox Pro stands apart from other telephony platforms.  Using this architecture you get the reliability, and peace of mind of a hosted platform, with the reliability advantage of premise based hardware.  With most hosted solutions, you have no control or direct PSTN access - relying on another provider (possibly the hosts provider).  In a hybri-hosted platform, you gain the advantage of SIP calls, whilst maintaining control of your PSTN connectivity.  Any and all changes made to your platform through the web-portal are copied to your box and stored securely in the datacentre.
