For the new office, Switchnet Systems presents an all-in-one solution in the form of Epygi Quadro. The Epygi Quadro range of IP-PBXs carry all the features you would expect from a much larger PBX in a small desktop footprint. You want multi-level Automated Attendant? No problem, Voicemail? No problem. With advanced call routing, call authentication (pin protect your phone lines), plus powerful firewall and NAT features the Quadro can act as a PBX, Firewall and router all in one!
Add to that the Epygi Quadro can also terminate VPNs. PBX, Router, Firewall and a VPN Concentrator, one box - many functions!
Epygi Quadro Standard Scenario
In this network the Epygi Quadro sits before the network router (which can in this case be a normal ADSL Modem). All desk phones are IP Handsets from Polycom, although most IP Handsets will work we recommend either Polycom or Snom .

The Epygi Quadro is configured to route all outbound calls via an Internet Telephony Service Provider (such as Gamma Telecom) to take advantage to lower cost calls whilst "normal" inbound calls connect directly to the Epygi Quadro.
From an inbound perspective, the Epygi Quadro has a variety of routing options. In its default configuration all calls are passed to the Automated Attendant, but this can be changed to route to a Ring All Group (many extensions ring at once).
Out of Office hours? No problem, the Epygi Quadro call routing can be configured with Time of Day routing so any calls received by the Quadro outside of your business hours can be passed onto Voicemail or a Standby number.
Flexible, scalable and powerful, Epygi Quadro will grow with your Business.
