One of the most recent additions to the ever expanding Switchnet
product offering is the new pre-terminated copper cabling solution from Excel.
Introduced to complement the existing pre-terminated fibre range, the new
copper solution matches time savings available from rival systems but
introduces product and design flexibility which cannot be matched by any of its
peer groups.
Whilst many of the pre-terminated systems on the market
claim to offer new levels of flexibility and speed of install, in reality they
have actually introduced restrictions and ‘manufacturer preferred’ methods of
compiling a design and carrying out an installation. For example through the
use of pre-bundled cables, and cassette type solutions with pre determined
outlet numbers, quite often,
results in inflated costs per outlet, per panel or across
all of the key system components.
The Excel offering
allows Switchnet and end user to retain control, choose the product you want
from our standard offering , standard 4 pair cable, pre-loomed versions, a
keystone jack, and PCB module, and from our patch panel range your choice from
pre-loaded to modular designs.
